The little ones arrived on Christmas Eve just as we were about to leave for
the first of two church services we had to attend. The others arrived the
day after. In between services, I assembled them and placed them outside in
the dark. The next morning my husband was so surprised to see what Santa
had brought! My neighbours love them too. Thank you so much for helping me.
They were exactly what I had envisioned! Flairmet is permanently placed in
my files!

You might also like to know that I successfully erected the arches at the weekend. I found them extremely easy to assemble and am delighted with the results. I designed a pergola
based on a combination of the different components you supply and it has
turned out really well. I'm sending a couple of pictures of the finished
product for your interest. The person who dealt with my order was
slightly sceptical about the combination of parts I had ordered, but
they went together exactly as I had hoped.
I think you sell an extremely useful, versatile and well-designed
product. My only criticism is that it's not widely enough publicised. I
looked at numerous alternative products before I found your web-site.
None were anywhere near as good but I came close to ordering one of them
purely because I couldn't find anything better. I only found you at the
very last minute, but I'm very glad I did. You should be more well-known.
You might also like to know that an "architectural salvage" yard near me
sells rose arches that are almost identical in design to yours, except
they are made of flat steel instead of tube, are of bare untreated
metal, and are much less well-constructed. They are priced at £110 each!!

The quality is great and It's exactly as specified; when I 'dry' fitted

As an interior designer for a restaurant chain, it has been great to deal with a company who ships promptly, has very affordable pieces (even with shipping) of great and durable quality! The umbrella stands are great because the design shows customers what it is for and does not allow them to throw trash inside the stand as they would when we had the regular umbrella stands (which are tall cans). Great design and great job!

Can I just say thank-you for a wonderful product. My summer project was to build a patio and in the plans was an archway leading to it.
I already have an old English rose planted on it and some jasmine.
I had the archway up and installed within half and hour.
Can i also so many thanks for delivering a seperate set of spikes as they did not come with the archway, i spoke to a very nice lady who was most helpful and they item arrived just a few days later.
I shall be ordering another archway soon to make a small avenue.
