Bull Dog
Bull dog. The Bull Dog was originally used in Great Britain for Bull-baiting. But when this was made illegal, the breed was in danger of extinction. Bill George, a breeder transformed this breed to its present form. The original features have been radically altered. It used to be an ideal pit dog, ruthlessly fighting the bull regardless of its own injuries, but the dog of today is purely for the show ring and is an engaging companion. The transformation has caused a number of health problems such as breathing difficulties. Its weight is 23-25 kgs and height is 31-36 cms
